Practising since 1989 in range of general civil jurisdictions, in particular equity, commercial disputes, company, insolvency, and professional negligence, banking and finance and consumer protection.

Spent 1998 employed as counsel at Mssrs Mishcon de Reya, London

Ad hoc CLE lecturer in aspects of practice and procedure and various civil law areas for College of Law and private CLE providers.

He spent much of 2007 and 2008 engaged in a large partnership dispute in Western Australia between Wright Prospecting and Hancock Prospecting. It has generated at least seven interlocutory judgments. Final judgement is currently reserved.
