Simon Grey was called to the Bar in 2019, and practices principally in common law. He regularly appears in trials and interlocutory applications in the Supreme, District and Coroners Court of New South Wales. Since coming to the Bar Simon has developed a busy practice in common law damages claims arising from medical negligence, institutional abuse, intentional torts, work injury damages, motor accidents and public liability; and criminal cases. Simon appears for plaintiffs and defendants, both led and unled.
